How to access your Web Control Panel

If you recently purchased a new account with Hit Director, how you log in will depend on if your domain name has been pointed to Hit Director’s DNS

If your domain name is not yet pointed to Hit Director’s DNS or it has been less than 48 hours

If your domain has been pointed to Hit Director’s DNS for at least 48 hours you can use any of the following login URLs:

As soon as you do this, a pop-up box will appear asking you to enter the login information for your hosting account.

Simply enter the username and password that were sent to you in an e-mail with the subject "Wecome to Hit Director" and click "Ok". You may change your password once you are inside the web control panel.

If you do not have the correct login, please open a helpdesk ticket.

Please note that you only get one login per control panel. If you create addon, parked and subdomains, those domains do not have a separate control panel nor a separate login, they are all managed from the same control panel interface as your primary domain.
